Help Us Get On Ballot!

The Coronavirus outbreak has introduced challenging times for our state and nation. I hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy, and following guidance for how we, as a community, combat the virus’s spread.

The virus has imposed some unique challenges to my campaign. The most urgent of which is how we collect the 10,000 CERTIFIED SIGNATURES needed to get placed on the ballot.

Usually, campaigns collect signatures at large public gatherings and highly trafficked businesses. With these gatherings discouraged and most people staying home, that’s no longer an option. I am asking for your help to overcome this challenge.

If Republicans fail to get 10,000 signatures, the Democrat nominee will go unchallenged in November!

Please have those in your household, or those you can safely come in contact with, sign the signature sheet below. Signators need to be from the same town on the same sheet. Please mail the completed printed form to: Nomination Papers, 301 Court St, Suite 4, Plymouth, MA 02360.

Even just one or two signatures can make a difference. If you are unsure where to sign, please find additional information further below.

How to Properly Sign Nomination Papers

  • Please use blue or black ink only.
  • Please sign your name AS LEGIBLY as possible (if your handwriting is hard to read, you can print).
  • You can leave Ward/Prec. blank.
  • Fill in “TOWN” box at the bottom.
  • Do not make any stray marks on the sheet (the whole sheet could be thrown out).

If you have three or more signatures, your can your the back of the form.
